Payment choice

Loan: pay the ₹6,000 booking amount once the office approves you. For 48 hours after it is verified, and until your documents are verified, you can cancel for a full refund. Full payment: no document verification — the office approves your application, then you pay and we deliver.

The code of the dealer or distributor you are buying through. A code from their own link arrives here already filled in.

Terms & conditions

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Window: For the Loan option, once your booking amount has been received and verified you may cancel the booking for a full refund within forty-eight (48) hours, provided your documents have not yet been verified. Full-payment applicants have no document verification step: the office approves the application, then the full price is paid.
  • Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once your documents have been verified, or the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, or on a full-payment order once payment is confirmed, bookings, orders, and kit allocations are strictly final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or related to this application, booking, kit allocation, or sale shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
  • Submission of this application does not constitute an automatic grant or immediate delivery of the conversion kit until technical assessment and, for the Loan option, document verification are completed.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept, reject or defer any application without assigning a reason.
  • All information provided by the applicant must be accurate and complete.
  • The applicant authorises the Company to conduct verification, vehicle inspection, and technical suitability checks where required.
  • All vehicle documents (RC, DL) and personal KYC submitted must be authentic and valid. Any misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the application without refund.
  • Installation timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability and regulatory approvals.
  • If the financing application is rejected, any amount already paid towards the order is refunded in full.
  • Product specifications, performance figures and operating requirements are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, government restrictions, utility interruptions or circumstances beyond its control.
  • The applicant consents to the collection and processing of personal information for application review, installation, customer support and warranty administration.
  • Financing approvals, where applicable, remain subject to the independent review of the financing institution.
  • Warranty terms shall be governed by the official Warranty Certificate supplied with the kit upon installation.
  • Water Quality & TDS Limit: Safe and warranty-compliant operation requires source water Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) strictly at or below 1,200 ppm (TDS ≤ 1200). Supplying water exceeding 1,200 TDS voids equipment warranty and performance guarantees.

Processing fee: An application processing fee may apply. It covers administrative review, technical assessment, verification and site inspection. Payment of it does not guarantee approval, allocation, financing or installation — and if the financing application is rejected, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Processing & Booking Terms: Booking amounts secure priority production allocation and conversion slot scheduling. Terms are governed under Ahmedabad legal jurisdiction.

Does the engine have to be replaced or rebuilt?

No. The kit feeds hydrogen into the existing intake and trims the mixture electronically. A healthy engine needs nothing beyond a service; a tired one should be tuned before conversion, the same as for any fuel change.

Is there a high-pressure cylinder on board?

None. Hydrogen is produced only while the engine is running and consumed within seconds. There is no reservoir to rupture in a collision, which is the main safety difference from a CNG conversion.

What if the water runs out mid-shift?

The display warns at two litres remaining, and the controller falls back to the original petrol line so the vehicle keeps running. Refilling takes about a minute at any water point.

How does the cost compare with a new electric auto?

A conversion costs roughly a fifth of a new e-rickshaw and needs no charging infrastructure or overnight parking with a socket. The kit also transfers to another vehicle when the current one retires.

Is it legal to drive a converted rickshaw?

Pilot vehicles run under an RTO trial registration issued for the programme. Retail retrofit begins once type approval is granted; until then, conversions are limited to registered pilot fleets.

Who fits and services the kit?

Authorised workshops trained by Manifold. Fitment takes six to eight hours, and the first two services are included with every pilot conversion.
